This is the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. Although I am not christian, catholic or whatever -I have no religion- I wanted to share this because it came to me today in a synchronistic way. Very beautiful. Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.

I'm glad that I've stumbled upon this prayer. I really wanted to share my hopes and prayer to God. I'm amazed at how you were able to appreciate this prayer. You're not even a Christian, yet you took the time to provide this beautiful prayer to us. I'm hoping that you can change your views and decide to join in our Christian family in the future.
