The mind likes to wonder, continuously, going back and forth between past and future. The mind, in it's most raw stage, knows no peace. Attracted to desire, when it finally has what it wants, it is already searching for the next missing thing to conquer in order to reach a brief moment of "happiness." True, lasting happiness is not found in our attachments and addictions. That is truly only passing. What we need to do is talk to our mind, to ourselves, to ease all that stress and chaos we continue to create. Why we create it? Because we don't feel safe! We have been taught that we live in a world that is dangerous, filled with bad people, fear and terror. What they didn't tell you is that you are the only creator of your reality and never a victim! Yes, it can be difficult to accept all that responsibility you have for yourself and what you are experiencing, just as it is difficult to accept all your power. We have always been scared of the unknown, of what we don't understand, of what is new for us. Well, it is time to step into our God-given right to be free, wild, powerful and responsible for our life! Speak to your mind and tell it to switch off all that programming you have been fed with for all your life. Tell it you are safe and not a victim of your circumstances. Tell it to stop to blame others because that is what is preventing you from being free. You live as a slave until you accept that you are not a slave. The cage is open, you have legs to walk outside and yet, you keep yourself there! That has no sense! It is time to tell your mind that it is safe to be happy. To be free. To allow the new. To let that happen you have to make space; let go!
Along my journey, I have been noticing that there are two main states of the mind. The more you are conscious of yourself, the easier will be for you to recognize this. There is what I call the "state of doing" and "the state of being."
In the state of doing, the mind knows no rest. This is a typical 3D mind state. It is the autopilot in us, once insert, it goes on and on and we live our life not in a fully conscious way but like zombies, below our infinite potential. We begin to lose ourselves in drama, we argue with others, we create problems that are not even real, we sabotage ourselves. But, above everything, we are never present in the here and now. Life is possible only here and now. So we live the life of our past self or maybe the life of someone else. But we have only our own life, right? Do not waste your time doing things you don't like to do to please who you want to let go of. That is what the mind does. When the being is not conscious enough. The main characteristic of the state of doing is the need to be in control, always. Of the self, of others, of any moment and situation. That is why we can not be free in this state. Freedom is the absence of control. Is free-flowing, free-falling, enjoying each now moment because there is nothing/no one that can prevent us to do that. We recognize our sovereignty, we take back our power. In this way we can access...
The state of being! The main difference here is that the perception of time, literally ,changes. From an horizontal perception (past-->present-->future) to a vertical perception. The here and now. The moment. Here, now, when and where all things exists and are possible. It is a huge change, it's as if life slows down because we enjoy each second of it! And, at the same time, everything goes faster because each moment is new and never the same. The way we observe the world changes as well. We loose the need of being in control in order to obtain what we want. That's the trick the mind plays to itself! It is afraid that without control it will never be happy or capable to reach it's dreams. In the "state of being" this disappears because we lose our emotional attachments, we let go of thoughts like "I need this and that to survive or I will never be happy." Since we live in the moment, we understand that we are where we need to be now, not in the future. Why? Because everything exists now! If you look back you can clearly see that all you have been through led you where you are now. All you lived, took you there and made you who you are today. This is the same for what we call the future, which is only a quantum possibility you are aligning with. To manifest it into physical reality you are living today experiences necessary to take you there. Imagine you are your "future" self and "look back" at you today. Keep in mind that there is only now and that, again, all that exists, exists now; the rest is a product of your mind. Recognize that you would never achieve your dreams if you didn't have the experiences you are living today. This is a good reason to be grateful, even if what you are living is painful. The "state of being" is a completely new dimension is a 5D state of mind! And of being! Yes, because our center now moves from the mind to the heart; the two are now connected, a bridge is built and they don't work separate. In fact, in the "state of doing", the mind always tries to control the heart because it wants to protect itself from possible pain. In a 5D mind state, it bends to the heart because we accept that that is our true center and, when you are there, nothing bad can happen. You are not governed anymore by your claims and what you do is always aligned with your highest good. Making always the highest choice is what takes you in the direction of your dreams.It is a completely different way of perceiving reality. Free from the illusion of time.
Blink your eyes. A new moment. Do it again. A new moment. And each one has nothing to do with with the previous, if you choose so. You can choose how you want each moment to be and align with that. You can choose to be your Highest Self, in each moment. Do it one time and let it go.
Each now here is a new life and a new universe. Begin today or, should I say, now, to build the life, the moment, you want! "Keep that in mind!"
